TrustPilot on Watchdog for hosting false feedback and reviews.
Once again this type of review website comes under attack. They make their money out of providing a review service to companies rather than being there for the consumer. So they will let companies have a whole host of false reviews go live, just so the company renews each year.
It's far too easy to falsify companies that are hosted on there to actually trust a single review.
Companies have reported to us that when they've been sold a package to have their reviews on there, they are asked to email their previous customers to get them leave reviews. Well that just means you need a free email address to send yourself a link to, to leave a false positive review.
What a joke. They're taking the consumer for a mug. Can't see that business model lasting forever.
