Hi all,

Need to change this pan con and am not sure what I'm looking at where the pan con and the soil meet? I'm guessing it's not just a regular one needed?

The piece of solid plastic pipe immediately after the flexible section ends looks a smaller bore than the soil sticking out from the tiles. And then there is a double lip between the two, presumably with a seal inside for push fit?

So I'm thinking the current pan con ends with plain pipe smaller than the soil which is designed to push into that specific brand of soil and vent? But could have that wrong.

Any advice/info would be appreciated

Thanks
