Drayton programmer possibly wired wrong

Hi, just had a Drayton lp112 programmer fitted. Now when the hot water is programmed to come on the central heating comes on as well, even though it's not selected. Is it possible that the programmer wired wrong

Think it's a 2 channel programmer. I can set timings for hot water and central heating

The previous programmer was a very old single channel. Plumber updated it to a digital Drayton
