Drayton lp112 programmer incorrectly wired. ???

Hi all, I recently changed programmer to a Drayton lp112. Fitted by a registered plumber. Now when I select hot water only to come on the central heating comes on as well. Plumber saying last plumber at fault and wants £400 to rectify. Is it possible that he has wired programmer wrong and got wires mixed up. Many thanks Gordon

Haven't tried it on central heating to be fair. Will try tomorrow to see if hot water comes on.
