Distance between Hot & Cold pipes?

Hi all,

I was just wondering when running hot and cold copper pipes side by side is there a minimum distance they should be apart according to regulations?

Keep cold below the hot to prevent undue warming, and not touching, not sure of any other distance requirements.

And insulate the HW pipe.
